(Col.)Dr. B.D. Gupta is a technocrat. He carries a wide range of expertise and experience of more than 4 decades with Corporates and Indian Defense Services. He had a tenures of GM / President /Director / CMD of good Corporates since last 2 decades. He hails experience of another 2 decades with Indian army having command experience and took premature retirement as Colonel. He has been advisor / Corporate Trainer to more than 60 Institutions of Managements / Engineering and various Corporates across the country.
He has obtained B. Tech from IIT Kanpur in 1971. ME from the Maharaja Sayajirao University, Baroda with Instrumentation and Control. MBA (Operations) fromPune University. He attained his doctoral,Ph.D. with HR and Industrial Management from Mumbai University.
Ms. Neeta Arora was the first Director and founding member of BMSPL who left for heavenly abode on September 7th 2017 at the age of 45.
She had graduated in Commerce and had done her Post Graduation in MBA (Finance). Through her sheer grit and determination, knowledge and technological prowess, she steered BMSPL to great heights. She belonged to the genre of leadership that has left indelible footprints for others to follow. Her knowledge, wisdom, dedication, courage, commitment and confidence were the jewels in the crown glory of BMSPL. Her overall warmth and humility had won her many friends and well-wishers cutting across the full spectrum of society. She had taken up many initiatives sailing through seemingly insurmountable challenges and constraints to take the company to a newer height year after year.

Mr. Avant Jain is the current Director and operational member of BMSPL since 2020..
He has graduated in Commerce and has done his Post Graduation Diploma in Management Studies. Through his sheer grit and determination, knowledge and technological prowess, he is gearing up BMSPL to great heights. His knowledge, wisdom, dedication, courage, commitment, confidence and above all problem solving approach are the jewels in the crown glory of BMSPL. Due to these qualities, he has in a very short period gained remarkable heights for his own career as well as BMSPL. During the pandemic lockdown situation when all were forced to work from home, his dedication and commitment for the company is highly commendable. He has taken up many initiatives sailing through seemingly insurmountable challenges and constraints to take the company to a newer height year after year.
